From working in a bakery as a child to becoming a visionary real estate leader, Mohammed Yousuf is the definition of true grit and growth. After losing his father at the age of 6, he entered the workforce at just 6 years old, earning ₹2 a day in a hotel. He went on to spend 12 years in bakeries, while also selling goods in the evenings just to support his family.
A life-changing injury led him to the real estate field, where people initially laughed at the idea of a 2nd-class dropout making it big. But with his mother’s faith and his own determination, Mohammed Yousuf joined Subhagruha Developers in 1999, selling 10 plots in his very first year. He was awarded Best Salesman in front of 4,000 people — a moment that marked the beginning of his transformation.

In 2004, he launched his own real estate venture at Shadnagar, which sold out in just 6 months. Today, as Managing Director of Queen City Township, he has completed several successful ventures across Telangana and Karnataka, including open plots, farmlands, and large-acre land deals.
His business is not just built on transactions, but on trust, hard work, and values. His mother’s teachings on how to speak to clients with respect and serve people with integrity remain at the heart of his mission.
